Refunds (if applicable)
For any service that is not used by you for the duration you have already paid for, you may request for refund – you may be eligible for full, partial or no refund as per the terms and conditions. Once your request for refund is received, we will assess the same and take action accordingly. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 working days.
The request for termination of services can be applied any time. If you have already stopped using services, then refund request has to be made within 15 days after you have stopped using the service. Any request made after the stipulated time shall not be entertained. All requests related to refund shall be made to us on email@example.com
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Purchases made during Sale events (if applicable)
Only regular priced items/services may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/services cannot be refunded.
